TAMAPURE™ - AA SERIES
For Trace Analysis in Versatile Hi-Tech Segments of Industries
Recently, in many scientific fields such as electronics, environmental science, biochemistry, and medical science,
existence and behaviors of trace elements have been spotlighted with the findings of their influence on the properties of materials.
As a consequence, the importance of trace analysis is much more recognized by the researchers concerned.
The detection limits of trace analysis have been lowered in recent years due to the introduction of advanced analytical instruments.
With these instruments, pretreatment of samples is required by using reagents before injecting into the instruments. It is absolutely necessary
to process the samples with appropriately pure reagents, in addition to a clean environment, in order to prevent contamination of the samples.
TAMAPURE™ - AA ultrapure reagents have been developed specifically for trace analysis. The "AA" in the name actually stands for Advanced Analysis,
Atomic Absorption Spectrometry, and Acid and Alkali.
Packaging: TAMAPURE™ - AA reagents are packed in PFA bottles made out of specially selected material, and subjected to a proprietary cleaning procedure
in order to minimize the contaminants leaching from the bottles.
Lot Analysis: All the analyses of TAMAPURE™ - AA reagents are performed in a clean environment higher than CLASS 10 by using ICP-MS and GF-AAS.
Actual lot analysis report shall be attached to all the products.
Consistency in Quality: TAMA's superb expertise in quality control implemented through manufacturing, bottle cleaning and filling stages makes
possible "zero" quality variance between production runs and between bottles.
Highest consistency in quality characterizes TAMAPURE™ - AA reagents.

TAMAPURE™ - AA TMAH (Tetramethylammonium Hydroxide)
- TMAH is a strong organic alkali and highly suitable for trace analysis of volatile elements which are liable to volatilize by
acid-digestion. In addition, compared to conventional alkali digestion using NaOH or KOH, the use of TMAH enables more accurate
determination due to its smaller matrix effect.
- Recommended for pretreatment of samples for trace analysis of semiconductor materials, biological materials, resins etc.
- Metallic impurities each guaranteed below 1000 ppt (pg/ml).
- Recommended to open and handle in a clean environment of CLASS 1000 or higher.
- Accompanied with Actual Lot Analysis.
