MOSES LAKE INDUSTRIES RECEIVES INTEL'S PRESTIGIOUS SUPPLIER CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AWARD
MOSES LAKE, Washington, March 27, 2007 -- Moses Lake Industries (MLI) was named a recipient of Intel Corporation's prestigious 2006 Supplier
Continuous Quality Improvement (SCQI) award. The award is Intel's highest honor for its suppliers, recognizing them for outstanding commitment
to quality and performance for providing products and services deemed essential to Intel's success. The company was recognized for its efforts
supplying Intel with ultra high purity process and performance chemicals. MLI and nine other SCQI award winners will be honored at a celebration
in Burlingame, California on March 27.
"This is MLI's fourth consecutive Intel quality award, but it is the first time Intel has awarded us with its highest honor," said Michael Harvey,
executive vice president and general counsel, Moses Lake Industries. "We are deeply appreciative but perhaps it is MLI that should give Intel an award.
It was Intel that taught us about advanced quality operating systems. It is Intel that pushes MLI to constantly improve our technology, research, and
innovations. It is Intel that expects and requires relentless continuous improvement. It is Intel that helps teach us, train us, and challenge us as
we face the future. For 2007 the MLI team has rededicated itself to relentless, continued, aggressive support of Intel as it competes in the global
marketplace."
"MLI and Intel have had a very successful partnership over the past several years that has culminated in their 2006 SCQI award," Jacquelyn Pawela-Crew,
Quality Management System manager of Intel's Global Fab Materials Organization said. "They have strengthened their quality performance and achieved
remarkable success in the industry. Both Intel and MLI have benefited from MLI's commitment to strive for excellence and continuous improvement. We
congratulate MLI on a well deserved SCQI award."
The SCQI awards are part of Intel's Supplier Continuous Quality Improvement process, which encourages Intel's key suppliers to strive for excellence
and continuous improvement. To qualify for SCQI status, suppliers must score at least 95 percent on a report card that assesses performance and ability
to meet cost, quality, availability, delivery, technology and responsiveness goals. Additional information about the SCQI program is available at

Intel will also recognize SCQI award winners on March 27, 2007 with an advertisement in the U.S., Europe, and Asian editions of The Wall Street Journal.
