Moses Lake Industries is committed to maintaining a high standard of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance. We strive for EHS excellence
by establishing awareness and responsibility across all levels of our organization through trainings. We proactively maintain and improve our EHS
performance through a comprehensive EHS Management System (EHSMS), which provides a framework for evaluation of site aspects and impacts. Below are
our commitments per our documented EHS Policy:
Provide a Safe and Healthy Workplace
The Company commits to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our employees, contractors, visitors and the communities
in which we operate. We believe that incidents are preventable and we will continuously improve our systems to ensure that
they are safe, effective and robust. We require our employees, contractors and visitors to comply with all Company safe work
practices, policies, procedures and to report all incidents, unsafe conditions/practices and security breaches.
Maintain an EHSMS
The Company has established, implemented and will maintain an EHSMS that will meet or exceed the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
The EHSMS will be audited to ensure it remains effective and proactive. Senior management will review audit findings and the performance
of EHSMS, making changes as appropriate.
Maintain EHS Regulatory Compliance
The Company will comply with allapplicable regulatory and other requirements including more stringent company requirements.
We will work with regulatory agencies, the local community and our employees to ensure that we identify, prioritize and address emerging
areas of EHS concern. We require contractors, designers and suppliers to comply with EHS standards at least as stringent as our own.
Provide Training
The Company will inform employees, contractors and visitors of relevant EHS procedures, policies and the EHSMS as appropriate.
Through training we will encourage personnel to be advocates of this policy.
