Moses Lake Industries (MLI) has combined traditional electrochemistry with advanced research and superior manufacturing
technologies to produce the world's purest and most consistent copper plating electrolyte solutions. Our vertically integrated
R&D and manufacturing operations give us maximum quality control and our customer's lowest-cost-of-ownership. We also have
redundant manufacturing capabilities at other facilities to ensure supply chain security.
- Chemical Purity: Low metal impurity levels are achieved by using specially refined source copper, sub-PPB acids and
ultra pure water. All copper electrolyte manufacturing is completely isolated from the manufacturing of organic products.
Metals levels can be provided in different grades according to customer need.
- Outstanding Analytical Process Control: The highest standards of process control and analytical accuracy are adhered to
in order to provide supremely reliable batch to batch consistency.
- Dedicated High Purity Process Equipment: Dedicated vessels with high purity non-metallic wetted surfaces are used
throughout the manufacturing process. All products are packaged in a clean room environment.
- Pure Packaging Technology: Package-based contamination is minimized through careful package selection, pre-packaging container
conditioning, and strict adherence to our Quality Operating System.
MLI offers a broad variety of electrolyte formulations. Custom formulations available. Current products include copper content
ranging from 10 to 65g/L with a tolerance of ± 0.2 g/L; Sulfuric Acid ranging from 10 to 180g/L with a tolerance of ± 2.0 g/L; and Chloride
levels from 0 to 50ppm, ± 4 mg/L (ppm). Low-acid, acid-free, and chloride-free solutions are also offered.
Every formulation is manufactured to pre-determined, customer-approved specifications. The purity and consistency of every batch is
verified and documented via a CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS that includes critical metals, blend component ratios, and particle levels. SPC
and process capability data are available upon request. Electrolyte is available in gallon bottles, 208-liter drums, and 1040-liter
tote containers. Diptubes are available. We also offer custom-made Precision Electrolyte Calibration Standards in HDPE, Teflon®, and NowPak containers.
Quality data is reported via CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS. Our analytical techniques and detection limits are routinely re-evaluated to provide the most
accurate and useful data for Fab managers as well as process and quality engineers. Our analytical tools and techniques are second to none in copper
technology. Additional analytical reporting is available utilizing the focused capabilities of our copper-technology optimized TOC, and HPLC
analytical tools. Typical specification and certificate of analysis parameters may include combinations of the following:
