Technical Capabilities- To provide leading edge technology MLI established a number of extensive Alliances.
This includes Research Consortiums such as Interuniversitair Micro-Electronica Centrum (IMEC) in Europe for advanced Cu Technology and other Materials.
The University of Portland Chemistry Department under the leadership of Dr. Steven G Mayer, Associate Professor and Chair, for comprehensive materials characterization programs.
FEI a leading scientific instruments company to model and study the mechanisms of a variety of customer-specific process applications to achieve finished, advanced process and materials to an accelerated schedule consistent with aggressive customer schedules.
On site we employ a full 300 mm Production Configured ECD platform for process development and completion of customer manufacturability studies. We have consistent access to complete tools for all the major Electroplating platforms manufacturers and advanced node development access to the tool manufacturers most advanced cell designs.
We research, develop and create basic polymer materials and then scale them to Customer Manufacturing-worthy products.
We recognize that high-technology manufacturing is a complex integration of equipment configuration, chemical characteristics, device design, and human interaction. No two manufacturing operations are alike in their technical and economic architecture. As such, we offer customized chemical solution to complement each customer's specific process chemical needs.
MLI has an extensive on-site laboratory that provides comprehensive analysis of our manufacturing processes and products. Every product produced at MLI is rigorously monitored from the production processes through final packaging to ensure quality and consistency. Detailed certificate of analysis is generated for each product, and process statistics is meticulously tracked. We impose stringent requirements on all of our incoming materials suppliers.
